It began with a simple Idea
Create a timepiece defined by intention
From a note to a model
It started with a small square notepad six lines drawn almost without thinking. Lines so sensitive that shifting one would break the balance. That fragility told us we had found a proportion worth pursuing. We scaled the sketch, refined it digitally, and explored variation after variation. Not starting from the case, but from the
strap attachment and how it defines the overall balance.
What began as a note became a model defined by proportion, intention and restraint.
Origin
The origin of the design was a form already defined. What followed was the challenge of translating that form into a timepiece.
A shape discovered on paper had to become functional, wearable, and precise — without losing the character that made it worth pursuing in the first place.
The origin, therefore, was not the design itself, but the decision to turn it into a watch.
The Process
With the direction set, the work moved into testing. Case thickness, edge geometry, and internal dimensions were adjusted to evaluate comfort and wearability.
Some iterations introduced softer transitions to understand how the case fits on the wrist. Others returned to sharper edges to preserve the intended character.
Each version served a purpose — to test, compare, and refine before finalizing the design.
The Process
At this stage, the form was fixed. Key dimensions, angles, and interfaces were defined to ensure consistency in production.
The focus shifted from exploration to precision. Every
measurement served a purpose, every decision reduced variability.
What emerged was not a concept, but a case ready to be built.
Strap & Integration
The strap was designed as an integral part of the watch.
Its geometry follows the case, ensuring a continuous form around the wrist.
Rather than adapting an existing strap, the structure was developed specifically for this case.
Segment spacing, flexibility, and thickness were tested to control how the watch moves and settles on the wrist.
The strap needed to provide support without adding visual weight.Every element was reduced to what was necessary for comfort, durability, and balance.
The result is a system where case and strap function as one.
