These Terms & Conditions govern all interactions, registrations, allocations, invoices, and purchases made with:

Haalboom excl., established in the Netherlands (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging with Haalboom excl., you agree to these Terms.

1. Limited Releases & Allocation

Haalboom excl. produces and distributes timepieces in limited quantities. Participation in a registration, waitlist, or allocation process:

• Does not guarantee allocation
• Does not constitute a binding purchase agreement
• Does not reserve a specific timepiece

Allocation decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Company.

We reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or cancel any allocation or sale without providing a detailed explanation, in order to protect brand integrity and distribution standards.

2. Brand Integrity & Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service, allocation, or sale where we reasonably believe:

• Conduct is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate.
• There is suspected fraud or misrepresentation.
• There is conduct that may harm the brand or its reputation.

This discretion exists to preserve the integrity and positioning of Haalboom excl.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only upon written confirmation and issuance of an invoice. Full payment must be received prior to dispatch.

The Company reserves the right to cancel an allocation or invoice if payment is not received within a reasonable period.

Ownership of the timepiece transfers only after full payment has been received.

4. Pricing & International Sales

Prices are listed inclusive of VAT where applicable. Haalboom excl. sells worldwide.

For international shipments:

• Customers are responsible for import duties, customs fees, local taxes, and related charges.
• We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by foreign authorities.

5. Shipping & Risk

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to the address provided.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns (EU Consumers)

Where applicable under EU law, customers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by law.

Conditions:

• The timepiece must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
• All protective materials must remain intact.
• Original packaging, certificate and documentation must be included.

If returned items show signs of wear or diminished value, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable compensation for loss in value.

7. Warranty

Haalboom excl. provides a 24-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or accidents
• Water damage resulting from improper use
• Unauthorized servicing or modification
• Alteration or removal of the serial number

Warranty validation may require presentation of the original invoice.

8. Serial Number & Certificate

Each timepiece carries a unique serial number.

The serial number is documented on the invoice issued to the original purchaser.

Haalboom excl. maintains internal authenticity records linking the serial number to the original purchaser for warranty and verification purposes.

Removal, alteration, or tampering with the serial number voids the warranty.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, logos, product concepts, images, and written materials are the exclusive property of Haalboom excl. All intellectual property rights are reserved. 

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited. 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haalboom excl. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Delays beyond our reasonable control

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the timepiece.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Supply chain disruption
• Carrier delays
• Government action
• Natural disasters
• War or civil unrest

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of The Netherlands, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
